Commentary :

Jorun : "I originally used a portion of this beat on a compilation back in 2000 titled Breakfluid. The original track featured Jorun, Sean One (then called 'Radix") and Soundwave. Radix and Soundwave were from the Vet Cru and at one point or another down the road, all 3 were members of First Words in it's early stages. A reunion on familiar territory seemed inevitable. Of course, Soundwave is doing something else nowadays, and the only thing that stopped Above from being on the original version was ..i don't know.. maybe he was in a sleeping bag on the floor of my studio at the khyber just snoozing away? This was his chance to be part of the reunion since he was there from day one"

Above : "I always was jealous I didn’t get to be on the original track from Jo's “Break Fluid” lp. So when he approached us with the idea of remaking it I was hyped! I think this version was also recorded in Halifax during a short time I was living there."

Sean One : "Rapping on a beat twice is usually a "no no," but it's hard to resist when the beat is this fresh."
