Jorun : "What is a First Words album without the wonderful storytelling skills from Above? the beat was made first.. presented to Above, and he wrote his magic around it....."

Above : "I've always loved story telling raps, and when Jo first played me this beat I wanted to start writing immediately! It has such a cinematic quality to it. Instead I held back and really thought about the story I would be recording. I didn't want it to be preachy or the same ol tragic tale, so while Norma has some deep issues, shes a woman who realizes what these issues are and accepts them. This track turned out dope."
