Commentary :

Jorun : "This track is pretty much a conversation between us and the server at the resteraunt / diner but in realtime rhyme. First half is each of us giving our order, the 2nd half is our usual back & forth breakfast table conversation in parody form. We always make it a point to meet up for breakfast in a public diner when I come to Fredericton or when Sean One & STV come to Halifax to visit. It's part of our everyday life so it was a no brainer to turn it into a theme "

Sean One : "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Whether it's the morning after a show, or before a day in the studio, First Words likes to eat a solid breakfast. Mister Monark is usually with us, so it just made sence to have him be part of this song."

STV : "When I heard the concept for the track I thought it was fresh so I had to be apart of it. Plus who doesn't love an all day breakfast?"
