Jorun : " For those of you not old enough to remember, before DJ Kool was saying Hooooold up ...wait a minuite!!! this was a popular saying in the 80's.. everyone from Positive K to the Real Roxanne to a whole slew of miami bass cats made this phrase popular. As far as production, i've always been a fan of the intricacy of the Bomb Squad & Dust Brothers' production where record sample quotes would fill in the blanks for the MC's rhymes. It's a lost art, really. We dip our toes back into that art here."

Sean One : "Jorun pitched us the idea and we all wrote our parts in the studio. We didn't get to hear the song until after Jo could arrange everything and finish the production. It all came together pretty nice."
